When Dr. Sachar started Sachar Dental NYC in 2002, she had a vision to fulfill her dream of the perfect NYC dental practice. Throughout the years, she has greatly increased the size of her practice and the number of staff and practitioners. To this day, she guides her dental associates and office staff to continue to follow the above philosophies every day.

At Sachar Dental NYC, we focus on the prevention of dental disease in order to prevent the need for more invasive dental treatments. We always opt for the least invasive dental procedures possible to solve the problem at hand. This also includes using the most conservative treatment options possible. NYC Dentist: "Less is More!" is our philosophy

We want to preserve as much healthy tooth structure as possible when doing dentistry. We are mindful that "prevention is better than cure". Additionally, at Sachar Dental NYC, we only use the least toxic materials possible in all of our procedures. Our tooth colored fillings and other dental materials are all mercury-free as well as BPA-free. Many of the tooth colored filling and sealant materials that are commonly used today contain trace amounts of BPA, a known endocrine disruptor and carcinogen. We do not use these products at Sachar Dental NYC.

At Sachar Dental NYC, we always use dental materials that are of the highest quality, and the least toxicity. While these materials cost us more, we do not pass these costs on to our patients. We will only put materials in our patients’ mouths that we would like inserted into our own mouths.
